I'm using the STRYD power sensor foot pod. Using power metric the display reads "No data!"

Please read the topic Run power.

I'm using the Garmin HRM Pro Plus belt. The display reads "No data!"

Unfortunately the Garmin HRM belt doesn't provide generic power data to third party apps. For the 80/20 app you can only use it as foot pod to measure pace and for heart rate measurement. Also read the topic Run power.

When resuming the activity after a pause, my data is gone

"It's not a bug, it's a feature!" What you see after pressing pause is another data field (i.e. switching from heart rate to power)! By pressing start/stop you can cycle through the different data fields.

  • 80/20 Run Zones: Press start/stop again, the next data item will be displayed. Press start/stop once more, your initial data field will show up again.
  • 80/20 Bike Zones: Press start/stop again to show your initial data field.

You can disable this feature from the app settings in Garmin Connect/Garmin Express on your phone or computer.

My 80/20 data does not show in Garmin Connect workout summary

Please wait a few minutes before opening your workout summary in Garmin connect. The custom data we provide sometimes needs a moment until it has been processed by the Garmin server.

I'm using a training plan with Training Peaks platform. How can I view the workout goals in the 80/20 data field?

Sorry, but this is not possible at the moment. Unfortunately, there is no option to read workout data from the Garmin app programming interface.
I'd recommend to use the workout feature from the Garmin platform. Create a workout with different text elements at each workout steps, i.e.:

Warm up: Z1 - 5min, Run: Z2 - 30min, ...

These elements will show up during activity and give instructions before each workout steps. Also instructions can be accessed at need during the activity.
